Troubleshooting - Small Waste Clumps (Pancakes) Stick to the Bottom of the Pan

1. If your litter level is low, waste clumps may stick to the bottom of the litter pan. Simply scrape the clump and discard. |
2. To make cleaning easier, we recommend using SmartScoop No-Stick Spray when you replacing the litter in the box. |
