Troubleshooting - Cleaning Cycle Doesn't Start

1.

If your SmartScoop doesn't start, the sensor may be dirty.  When adding litter, dust can accumulate on the sensor lens.

2.

Simply clean the sensor with a soft, dry cloth.

3.

SmartScoop will not run if the clutch is not locked.  To lock, simply turn the clutch counter-clockwise.
