Troubleshooting - Cleaning Cycle Doesn't Start

1. If your SmartScoop doesn't start, the sensor may be dirty. When adding litter, dust can accumulate on the sensor lens. |
2. Simply clean the sensor with a soft, dry cloth.

3. SmartScoop will not run if the clutch is not locked. To lock, simply turn the clutch counter-clockwise.
