Troubleshooting - No Power to SmartScoop

1. If there is no power to your SmartScoop, make sure that the AC power supply is plugged into a working outlet. |
2. Next, make sure that the breakaway power cord is connected properly.

3. Finally, verify that the clutch is in the locked position (turn it counter-clockwise). SmartScoop will NOT operate if the clutch is not locked. |
