Troubleshooting - What Do the Different MODE Lights Mean?

1. The MODE light is located on the side of the SmartScoop motor unit.

2. A SOLID GREEN light indicates that the unit is powered on and ready.

3. A BLINKING GREEN light indicates that SmartScoop has detected a cat and is waiting 15 minutes to begin a cleaning cycle.

4. A BLINKING RED light means that SmartScoop has encountered excessive resistance. To remedy, turn off the unit, remove the obstruction, place the unit back to the "ready" position and turn it back on. |

5. If the MODE light is off, there is no power to SmartScoop. Click HERE to troubleshoot. |
