Troubleshooting - Waste Clumps Stick to Litter Rake

1. Occasionally clumps may stick to the litter rake.
|
2. We have included a litter rake comb to remove clumps that stick to the rake. Simply scrape the tines of the rake with the comb. |

3. To help prevent litter from sticking to the rake, we recommend using SmartScoop No-Stick Spray. |
4. Simply spray litter rake and the sides and bottom of the litter pan each time you clean the box and replace the litter. |
